Pay: -14.50/hr + -50 sleep-in | Full-Time | 1 on / 2 off, 3-week rolling rota

Join a new, high-spec children''s home with a reputable, Ofsted-regulated provider. We''re seeking a passionate Senior Support Worker with NVQ Level 3 in Children and Young People or Residential Childcare to lead and support high-quality care for children and young people, especially those who have experienced trauma.

Key Responsibilities:

• Mentor and support junior staff

• Provide care, guidance, and emotional support to young people

• Oversee daily routines, life skills, and recreational activities

• Promote positive behaviour and independence

• Maintain records and ensure regulatory compliance

• Work closely with colleagues, families, and professionals
