About the role Joining us as a Senior Support Worker, you''ll work alongside the Locality Manager to provide day-to-day leadership and support to the staff team, ensuring high-quality, person-centred support is delivered consistently. You''ll lead by example, provide coaching and guidance through supervisions, observations, and 1:1 support, and help create a positive culture where both colleagues and the people we support can thrive.
