You will have flexibility to work evenings and alternate weekends and take the responsibility of the on-call service on a shared rota basis.If you feel ready to take on management responsibilities as well as hands on support this may be your chance to develop your skills and continue your personal development in a first level management position.About YouThis role requires a Diploma or NVQ Level 2 qualification or equivalent in Adult Care.
