Senior Support Worker - Must Be Driver

You will be required to: Must Be DriverWork alone and as part of a team supporting people with their day-to-day livingComplete household tasks, meal planning and preparation.Maintain relationships with family and friendsSupport access to the community.Completing audit and staff supervisionsMedication observations to ensure best practice and compliance with organisational policies.Support the day-to-day running of the serviceAct as a role model for the staff team, provide guidance and mentoring to support workersContribute and maintain high standards of care, safety, and record keeping. Must Have: A full UK driving license, access to your own vehicle and business insurance in place. Full Time Position - 37.5 hours per week. This will include weekend, evening and overnight shifts (Sleep in/ Waking night).
