I have multiple positions available for Senior Support Workers to assist the Manager and Deputy with the smooth running of the home and promoting a caring environment. Duties include being a shift leader and ensuring staff are aware of their responsibilities, logging of all incidences, being the liaison for external professionals, promoting child safeguarding, developing trusting relations with those in your care and the staff you supervise, ensuring home policies are up to date and followed and making and accompanying young people to appointments with report writing follow up, to name but a fewRequirements?
