You will have adequate tools to carry out your job safely, whilst feeling valued. What would your responsibilities be? Working as a team and supporting the Manager with staff management, develop the therapeutic care given. Ensure safeguarding practices are upheld and exceeds the Ofsted regulations. Build relationships and be empathetic and engaging with all. Lead and co-ordinate staff to learn and follow procedure and help them develop their skills, participate in events in the community and assist with practical matters around the homeRequirements? To be a senior, you need to have come from a residential child care background and have or be willing to take your NVQ 3 in Residential Childcare.
