Senior Support WorkerHelp people with learning disabilities and mental health needs live fulfilling, active and independent lives.Position: Senior Support WorkerLocation: East LancashireSalary: £14 per hour, approximately £26,936 per annum, plus £67 per sleepoverHours: Full-time, 37 hours per weekClosing Date: 23 September 2026About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Senior Support Worker to join a positive and supportive team in East Lancashire.This is a hands-on role combining direct support with first-line management responsibilities.
