      <description>Location: Birmingham | Salary: &amp;pound;27500 - &amp;pound;29000/annum | Type: Permanent | We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Senior Support Worker to join our clients mental health team. In this role, you will provide high-quality, person-centred support to individuals experiencing mental health challenges, promoting independence, recovery, and wellbeing.  As a senior member of the team, you will also take on leadership responsibilities, supporting junior staff and ensuring the delivery of safe and effective care.
