Senior Support Worker

Accountable to:

Registered Manager, Deputy Manager / Team Leader

Location:

Great Barr

Salary:

£25,300 - £26,800 per annum, plus £60 per sleep over

Qualifications:

Level 3 Health and Social Care, Children and Young People qualification or equivalent essential

Requirements:

Full UK manual driving license, Right to Work, sponsorship not offered

Experience:

At least 2 years working with children and young people in a residential setting with complex mental health needs, attachment issues, and challenging behaviors including verbal and physical
