The Role:As a Senior Support Worker, you will provide skilled, person-centred care and support to adults with complex care needs while leading and guiding a dedicated team of Support Workers.

You will:

Deliver high-quality, person-centred care in line with care plans

Lead, mentor, and develop junior staff to deliver consistent standards of care

Act as a safeguarding lead and ensure compliance with CQC standards

Facilitate meaningful activities and build strong, trusting relationships

Support new staff with induction, training, and role-modelling

What We’re Looking For:

Relevant experience in adult social care, ideally in a senior or lead role

NVQ Level 2/3 in Health and Social Care

Knowledge of CQC regulations and person-centred care

A role model with strong communication and leadership skills

Flexibility to cover shifts, including occasional sleep-ins/on-call

Important:
