Senior Support Worker

We are looking for a confident Senior Support Worker with a passion for delivering outstanding care. You''ll be working 42 hours a week (12 hour shifts), making a positive difference to the lives of the people in our care at Cygnet Fountains Cygnet Fountains is a high support inpatient rehabilitation (level 2) service for men who have severe and enduring mental illness and who may have been detained under the Mental Health Act. The individuals we support come to us following multiple placement breakdowns, failed treatment programmes or stepping down from secure settings.Your Day-to-Day • Offer enhanced care with a flexible learning approach to all individuals in our care• Provide guidance and encouragement through physical and emotional support• Learn about individuals'' specific needs and provide help in the most appropriate way• Assist with medical and welfare needs and report as required• Support management in the day-to-day running of the service• Undertake supervisory and administrative responsibilities• Safeguard• Maintain a safe and clean environment for all.You are • An experienced Support Worker ready to step up to a new challenge• Genuinely driven to make a difference in people''s lives• Confident, assertive and ambitious for yourself, service users and the organisation•An excellent ..... full job details .....
