As a  Senior Residential Support Worker , you will provide high-quality care and support within a residential setting, acting as a mentor for junior staff and supporting children’s emotional and developmental needs.  This role offers a minimum salary of £35,000and benefits.   You will be responsible for:     Delivering a safe, structured, and therapeutic environment for children and young people.
