You’ll provide both practical and emotional care while helping individuals lead as independent and fulfilling lives as possible.

Key Responsibilities: Support the daily implementation of individual care and support plans.

Lead by example and mentor junior team members.

Assist with household tasks such as meal preparation, laundry, and cleaning.

Encourage service users to participate in social and community activities.

Maintain accurate records and ensure confidentiality at all times.

Promote independence, dignity, and choice for every individual.

Uphold the highest standards of safeguarding and quality care.

About You We’re looking for someone who is: Qualified with NVQ Level 3 / Diploma in Health and Social Care (or willing to work towards it).

Experienced in supporting adults with learning disabilities, challenging behaviour, and/or mental health needs.

Calm under pressure, resilient, and adaptable.

Confident working both independently and as part of a team.

A strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.

Passionate about supporting vulnerable adults and enabling positive change.
