About The Mallards Rated Good by the CQC, The Mallards is a welcoming residential home in King''s Lynn, supporting up to 11 adults with a range of learning disabilities, including autism. Our residents enjoy active, fulfilling lives - from trips to the cinema, beach, shops, swimming, and gym, to arts and crafts, cycling, and garden activities within the home. As a Senior Support Worker, you will play a key role in leading, mentoring, and supporting our team to provide the highest quality of care.
