Senior Support Worker Salary - 32k to 34k per annum + Overtime Location - Croydon Start Date - ASAP About us Brook Street Social Care are partnered up with a great childcare provider, who have recently opened their third home. This exciting time, has led to the opening for a Senior Support Worker to join the team. The homes are all located within the Croydon borough, and have great transport links. The homes are all fully refurbished properties, which offer the children a warm, homely environment, with both indoor and outdoor space. The homes are designed to enable children to flourish and develop in a warm and nurturing environment. This is central to the homes ethos. Job Purpose Provide high-quality, child-centred support, acting as a positive role model. Help children overcome challenges, including trauma, and support their wellbeing, education, and development towards independence.
