Key Responsibilities Deliver high-quality care and support in line with individual care plans Support with personal care, medication, and daily living activities Promote independence, dignity, and positive outcomes Lead, motivate, and support a team of Support Workers Complete assessments and update care plans as required Maintain accurate records and documentation Work collaboratively with families, healthcare professionals, and external agencies Ensure safeguarding policies and procedures are followed at all times Skills and Experience Experience working within adult social care Previous experience as a Senior Support Worker, Team Leader, or similar Strong leadership and communication skills Knowledge of safeguarding and relevant legislation Medication administration experience NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent is desirable What We ..... full job details .....
