Rivenhall is nearby to 2 of our other Bright Futures adult homes. The people we support here all have busy planners that include activities like swimming, part time jobs, visiting family and walks in the local area.As a Senior Support Worker, you will be leading the team whilst you are on shift, acting as a role model to deliver the highest standards of care. You will develop strong relationships with the team and the people we support to ensure the best possible outcomes. You will get to know each individual, find out their interests, and support them to achieve the small and big steps in reaching their goals and living the life they choose.
