Senior Support Worker Blackpool (TTP)

We are currently recruiting Senior Healthcare Assistants/Senior Support Workers for ongoing work across-Blackpool (FY1). We are recruiting staff on a-temporary to permanent-basis where you will be on a probation period for 12 weeks before you move across permanently.

Role :-

To provide individualised person centred support to people with learning disabilities living in their own homes; to enable them to enjoy a fulfilling and valued life, to participate in the community and to develop their abilities as fully as possible

We require :-

• At least one year experience of supporting people with learning disabilities
• Proof of eligibility to work in the UK (We do not offer sponsorship)
• Ability to provide 2 references (one from current or most recent employer)
• Possession of NVQ or other relevant social care qualification
• Experience of supporting people with autistic spectrum disorders (Desirable)
• Enhanced DBS that is on the update service (Desirable)
• A clean valid driving licence and access to a car (Desirable)

Hours :-

Full time - 37.5 hours per week to be worked flexibly according to a rota and to include evenings, weekends and public holidays

Salary :-

Weekday: -14.90 per hour

Night/Weekend: -15.25 per hour
