This pivotal role focuses on enhancing day-to-day IT operations and driving digital transformation initiatives, with an emphasis on automation, data governance, and Microsoft 365, while also providing senior support for on-premises systems.Key Responsibilities:Automation, AI, and Microsoft 365Enhance the Microsoft 365 environment with a focus on automation, efficiency, and secure service delivery.Identify, design, build, and support Copilot and AI-driven automation solutions to streamline internal processes.Collaborate with business areas to translate operational needs into practical, automated solutions.Support data governance, classification, retention, and information protection using Microsoft Purview, ensuring compliance through collaboration with Data Protection specialists.On-Premises Infrastructure and Core ServicesProvide senior second and third-line support for on-premises infrastructure, including Servers, storage, and virtualized platforms.Manage identity and access services, including Active Directory, group policies, and user access controls.Maintain and support core network services such as DNS, DHCP, VPNs, and Firewall infrastructure.Operational Support and Continuous ImprovementAct as an escalation point for ..... full job details .....
