Senior Supply Chain Specialist

We at Work Lyf Group are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Supply Chain Specialist to lead supply chain initiatives, oversee daily operations, and lead a small team. This role is responsible for optimising our clients end-to-end supply chain performance, driving supplier development, and managing critical contracts. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, analytical, and project management skills, with a proven ability to deliver improvements in complex, fast-paced environments. Hybrid working, flexible hours Key Responsibilities: Operational Oversight Manage day-to-day supply chain activities including sourcing, procurement and vendor management. Ensure seamless coordination between cross-functional teams to meet operational KPIs (e.g., OTIF, quality, cost efficiency). Monitor and improve component availability, supplier performance and service levels. Team Leadership Supervise, mentor, and develop a team of 3 supply chain professionals. Conduct regular performance reviews, establish clear goals, and support professional growth. Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and collaboration. Project Management Lead and execute supply chain projects (e.g., system implementations, process redesign, new supplier onboarding, or cost saving initiatives). Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and resources in coordination with stakeholders.
