Senior Supply Chain Manager

Know more about us:We are seeking a driven Senior Supply Chain Manager to oversee the supply chain of food and beverages. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing demand forecasts for food and beverages, as well as managing supplier relationships to ensure good product availability for our customers. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape category strategies and contribute to the growth of a dynamic new e-commerce business.Key Responsibilities

Lead supply planning processes and inventory management for fresh food and beverages products in partnership with category managers, suppliers, and vendors to manage stock levels, budgets, defects, and lead times.Create and maintain SKU-level forecasting tools to support category managers, ensuring optimised stock availability.Develop and scale best practices in inventory management with the deployment of new tools and processes.Provide standardised weekly summaries of key performance indicators related to fulfillment rates, availability, stockholding, and inventory quality.Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in related fields such as logistics, operations, supply chain management, statistics, mathematics, business analytics, economics, or finance.5+ years of professional experience in inventory and supply chain management, with recent experience in food and beverage management in the UK; fresh experience preferred.Experience working with complex data sets and analytical techniques and tools such as SQL, VBA, or Excel.Demonstrated success in leading process improvements, systems development, and change initiatives.Experience in building demand forecasting systems for supply chain management.What We Offer
