37.5 hours per week, in a 3-shift pattern. Additional hours may be required, including some weekends, to support business needs.Job Description

The Senior Supervisor will lead a production zone, driving performance, efficiency, and quality in a high-volume manufacturing environment. You''ll ensure safety standards are maintained, customer expectations are exceeded, and your team is motivated to deliver consistent results.Responsibilities

Leading and motivating a production team to achieve targetsManaging daily operations, including safety, quality, and output levelsLiaising with support functions to ensure schedules and resources are alignedDelivering shift briefs, monitoring KPIs, and ensuring accurate reportingConducting appraisals, coaching, and performance managementUpholding company policies, including attendance and timekeeping standardsDriving lean manufacturing initiatives, efficiency improvements, and 5S cultureResponding to breakdowns and making key decisions to protect production plansIdentifying training needs and supporting team developmentSkills and Experience

Proven supervisory or management experience in a manufacturing environmentStrong leadership skills, able to inspire and direct a team effectivelyKnowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement techniquesExcellent communication skills with the ability to influence at all levelsCapable of managing performance and driving accountabilityFlexible and adaptable approach in a fast-paced environmentWhy Should You Apply?
