The Senior Supervisor will support the General Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the store, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring consistent, high-quality standards in store. This role requires a hands-on leader who can support staff, optimise processes, and maintain a positive and productive work environment. Key Responsibilities 1. Operations Management Assist with the daily operations of the floor and counter to ensure smooth and efficient service. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, food safety standards, and company policies. Support inventory management, ordering, and supplier coordination to maintain appropriate stock levels. 2. Staff Management Train, guide, and supervise front-of-house staff, ensuring high standards are consistently met.
