Senior Housekeeping Supervisor

to join the housekeeping team at our prestigious five-star property in London.This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual with a keen eye for detail to take the next step in their career.ResponsibilitiesSupervise and support the housekeeping team to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation across all guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces.Conduct regular inspections, addressing areas for improvement in line with Forbes and brand standards.Oversee scheduling, stock management, and departmental administration.Deliver training to colleagues on cleaning procedures, health and safety, and service excellence.Respond promptly to guest requests and feedback with professionalism.Support deep cleaning projects, seasonal tasks, and special assignments.Skills and ExperiencePrevious housekeeping supervisory experience in a luxury hotel environment.Strong leadership and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.A proactive approach with strong attention to detail.Knowledge of health and safety procedures and housekeeping best practice.BenefitsCompetitive salary plus service charge.Complimentary meals on duty.Monthly colleague recognition awards.Long-service celebrations and rewards.Opportunities for internal promotion and cross-property transfers.
