The successful candidate will play a key role in overseeing day-to-day production, ensuring that teams, machinery and processes operate safely, efficiently and to the required quality standards. The ideal candidate will have previous supervisory experience within food production, fresh produce, fresh-cut fruit, packaging or a similar fast-paced manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate production teams throughout the shift, ensuring staff are organised, productive and working to company procedures and production targets.
