Senior SuccessFactors Test Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Senior SuccessFactors Test Analyst to support a Phase 2 rollout covering Performance & Goals Management (PMGM), Succession, Compensation, SmartRecruiters, Learning and Employee Document Management.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing test scripts, coordinating functional and end-to-end testing, managing defect identification and resolution, and supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT). They will work closely with functional consultants, business stakeholders and the wider project team to ensure the modules are fully tested, integrated and ready for deployment.

This is a 12 month contract role that requires 3 days per week on site near Edinburgh and falls Inside IR35, with a competitive daily rate to compensate.-

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience testing SAP SuccessFactors modules, ideally across several of the modules in scope.

• Strong experience in test planning, script development, execution and defect management.

• Abilility to operate independently as the sole Tester on a large HRIS Transformation programme

• Experience supporting UAT, regression testing and end-to-end testing.

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

• Previous experience supporting SuccessFactors implementations or phased rollouts.
