Senior Structural Engineer

We have an opportunity for a Senior Structural Engineer to a well-established and highly respected multidisciplinary engineering consultancy in Ashford, who have a strong reputation for delivering innovative, practical design solutions across the UK. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced engineer looking to take on a more autonomous, client-facing role within a collaborative and forward-thinking environment. This position offers the chance to work within a close-knit, technically strong structural team delivering a diverse portfolio of projects across sectors including residential, commercial, and education. The successful candidate will play a key role in project delivery from concept through to completion, liaising directly with clients, architects, and contractors. You ll have the opportunity to lead projects, mentor junior engineers, and contribute to the continued growth of the Ashford office while gaining exposure to a wide variety of challenging and rewarding schemes. Our client is looking for a confident and capable engineer who can operate independently while also contributing positively to a team environment. You ll be comfortable managing your own workload, engaging with clients, and providing practical design solutions. Chartered status is desirable but not essential; what matters most is your experience, technical ability, and proactive approach.
