The Opportunity

As a Senior Structural Engineer, you''ll play a key role in delivering innovative, practical and efficient structural solutions across a varied project portfolio. You''ll work alongside a talented team of engineers and design professionals, taking ownership of projects, contributing to technical decisions and helping turn ambitious concepts into reality.

No two projects will be the same, offering plenty of variety, technical challenge and the opportunity to broaden your experience across multiple sectors.

What You''ll Be Doing

• Leading the structural design and delivery of projects from concept through to completion.
• Working across mixed-use, high-rise, residential and commercial developments.
• Producing and reviewing structural calculations, designs and technical reports.
• Coordinating with architects, contractors, clients and multidisciplinary design teams.
• Providing technical guidance and mentoring to junior engineers.
• Helping deliver practical, innovative and commercially aware engineering solutions.
• Building strong client relationships and contributing to the continued success of the business.

What We''re Looking For

We''re keen to speak with an ambitious Senior Structural Engineer who combines strong technical ability with a collaborative approach and a genuine passion for engineering.

You''ll ideally have:

• A degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• Significant experience in structural design within a consultancy environment.
• Experience delivering projects across sectors such as residential, commercial, mixed-use or high-rise.
• Strong knowledge of relevant design standards and structural engineering principles.
• Excellent communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
• The confidence to lead projects, support colleagues and engage with clients.

Chartered status, or a clear commitment towards achieving it, would be advantageous.
