Role As a Senior Structural Engineer, you''ll lead the design and delivery of structural projects from concept through to construction. Working closely with clients, architects, contractors, and fellow engineers, you''ll play a key role in the successful delivery of projects across multiple sectors, including: Residential developments Commercial buildings Industrial facilities Retail schemes Education projects Refurbishment and regeneration schemes You''ll be given the autonomy to manage projects, mentor junior engineers, and contribute to the continued growth of the business. Responsibilities Leading structural design on a variety of projects from feasibility through to detailed design. Designing structures in steel, reinforced concrete, timber and masonry. Producing and reviewing structural calculations, reports and technical specifications. Managing project programmes, budgets and client relationships.
