Senior Structural Engineer . You will be involved in bringing ambitious architectural visions to life, tackling unique structural challenges, and ensuring the highest standards of safety, sustainability, and build quality. Deliver structural design and analysis for a diverse portfolio of residential projects, from luxury one-off homes to large-scale multi-storey developmentsCollaborate closely with leading architects and developers to achieve structurally sound, aesthetically ambitious designsProduce and review detailed engineering drawings, calculations, and technical reports using industry-standard softwareApply creative problem-solving to overcome challenging site conditions, heritage building constraints, and complex architectural featuresEnsure all designs comply with Eurocodes, British Standards, and relevant building regulationsParticipate in site visits, inspections, and client meetings to monitor progress and resolve on-site issuesContribute to sustainable and innovative design solutions, balancing performance, cost-efficiency, and environmental impactRequirements

Proven experience delivering structural engineering projects within the UK residential sector, ideally including large-scale developments and bespoke high-value homesAbility to work independently when required while contributing effectively within multidisciplinary design teamsChartered status (MIStructE or MICE) preferred; fast-track support to achieving chartership will be provided if not already attainedProficiency in industry-standard design and drafting software such as AutoCAD and RevitStrong knowledge of Eurocodes, British Standards, and current UK building regulationsFull UK driving license and willingness to travel to project sites as requiredExcellent communication skills with the ability to liaise confidently with architects, developers, and clients at all levelsA track record of problem-solving on challenging architectural designs and site constraintsCommitment to delivering innovative and sustainable structural solutions without compromising safety or qualitySalary and Benefits
