Senior Structural Engineer

GM Global Recruitment is working exclusively with a client in the Dunfermline area that have an immediate requirement for a Senior Structural Engineer due to increased workload. 

This is a hands on role within a fast paced environment working on both residential and commercial projects.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Preparing design calculations.
• Supporting graduate engineers and technicians.
• Carry out structural surveys to identify and advise on any potential issues.
• Working with minimal supervision you will be able to manage your own projects from design through to completion.
• Supervising the production of design drawings.
• Experience of working with steel, timber, concrete and masonry.
• In addition to strong communication skills my client is looking for someone personable to complement their friendly working environment.
• Drivers license is required for site visits.
