An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Structural Engineer to join our client''s dynamic and growing consultancy in Berkhamsted. This is a chance to lead a wide variety of projects, manage key client relationships, and deliver innovative, high-quality structural solutions. The role offers clear progression to Associate level for the right candidate, working in a supportive, close-knit team.

The ideal candidate will be a Chartered Structural Engineer (MIStructE or MICE) or working towards chartership, with proven experience designing and delivering projects across multiple sectors. Strong technical expertise, project management skills, and confident client-facing abilities are essential, alongside the ability to mentor junior engineers. Experience in consultancy, BIM, and collaborative design tools is advantageous.
