Salary: £65,000–£85,000 + benefits

We are seeking a hands-on, inspiring engineering leader to join our Wakefield team. You will play a key role in delivering technically complex building and infrastructure projects across sectors including commercial, residential, education, and healthcare.

• Lead and mentor a team of engineers and technicians, fostering professional growth and collaboration.

• Oversee the delivery of multi-disciplinary projects, ensuring quality, efficiency, and financial performance.

Who You Are:

• Chartered engineer, or actively pursuing chartership.

• Experienced in leading multi-disciplinary teams and managing complex projects.

• Confident in client-facing meetings and able to communicate technical concepts clearly.
