Senior Structural Engineer

Birmingham outskirts

Up to -60k DOE

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Chartered Senior Structural Engineer to join a thriving consultancy on the outskirts of Birmingham. With a strong project pipeline and an established client base, our client is looking for an experienced engineer who can combine hands-on design expertise with project leadership, while providing valuable support and guidance to the wider team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys taking ownership of projects, sharing their knowledge and helping a team reach its full potential. Alongside delivering structural designs and managing projects from inception through to completion, you will play an important role in the continued success of the practice, with the opportunity to become involved in business development if desired.

Our client benefits from a strong orderbook and considerable repeat business from national housebuilders and property developers, providing a varied and consistent flow of exciting projects. You will have the opportunity to make a genuine impact within an established consultancy that values experience, collaboration and long-term development.

In return, our client offers hybrid working, ideally two days from home each week, alongside the opportunity to progress towards a Directorship in the future for someone with the ambition to take their career to the next level.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Chartered Structural Engineer looking for more than just another design role, with the chance to influence projects, support colleagues and play a key part in the future growth of the business.
