Senior Structural Engineer • Bath • £50k-£55k plus benefitsWe have an exciting role for a driven senior structural engineer to take greater ownership of projects, collaborate with top-tier clients and architects, and contribute to a practice that is deeply committed to sustainable and thoughtful design. The successful candidate will play a key role in the delivery of high-quality engineering solutions across a variety of sectors, including education, heritage, culture and leisure. The role offers exposure to both new-build and reuse projects, with a particular emphasis on timber engineering, sustainable design, and the creative adaptation of existing structures. This is an ideal position for someone looking to work on technically interesting projects, often involving complex geometries, historic buildings, and low-carbon strategies. On offer is a competitive salary and hybrid working (typically 2 days per week from home) and generous annual leave, including office closure over Christmas/New Year.Responsibilities

Lead projects and manage client relationships; excellent communication skills are a must.Deliver high-quality engineering solutions across education, heritage, culture and leisure sectors.Work on both new-build and reuse projects with emphasis on timber engineering and sustainable design.Collaborate with top-tier clients and architects; contribute to sustainable and thoughtful design.Qualifications
