They are now looking to appoint a Senior Structural Engineer to join their Norwich team. This is a great opportunity for an experienced engineer who enjoys taking ownership of projects and wants to play a key role within a busy, collaborative practice.The successful candidate will be capable of working with a high degree of autonomy, delivering structural engineering projects from initial concept through to completion. The role will involve working across a varied portfolio, providing technically sound and commercially focused design solutions. Candidates should hold a degree in Civil or Structural Engineering and have at least 5 years'' UK consultancy experience in building structures. Strong technical ability is essential, with experience producing structural calculations and designs across traditional construction materials. You will have a creative and practical approach to engineering, a strong focus on project delivery and the confidence to liaise with clients, contractors and other design professionals. Experience managing projects and supporting less experienced engineers would also be advantageous.
