As a Senior Structural Engineer, you will: Lead structural design and engineering across a diverse portfolio of projects, from complex multistorey developments to bespoke residential schemes.Provide technical direction and mentorship to junior and mid level engineers, fostering professional growth and excellence.Prepare and review detailed calculations, specifications, reports and structural drawings to high professional standards.Collaborate with architects, contractors and other consultants to deliver efficient, buildable and cost effective solutions.Ensure designs meet relevant codes, standards and client requirements, maintaining quality and compliance.Undertake site visits and offer construction support as required to ensure successful project delivery.
