What you’ll achieve here

Take full ownership of structural steel frame and connection designs on complex UK projects.Deliver design solutions that balance precision, safety, and cost within strict project budgets.Lead technical coordination with architects, contractors, and clients - being the voice that drives clarity across the table.Contribute to the development of graduate engineers, shaping the next generation of talent.Within 12 months, you’ll have delivered high-profile projects through from design concept to site execution, strengthening our reputation as one of the UK’s go-to steel specialists.

What we’re looking for

Significant experience in steelwork design within a UK fabrication environment.Strong track record in steel frame, member, and connection design.Confident with design software such as Tekla Structural Designer, Idea Statica, MasterSeries, S-Frame, or equivalent.A degree in Structural or Civil Engineering, ideally progressing toward Incorporated or Chartered status.Experience in temporary works design would be an advantage.
