About the role We re looking for an experienced Senior Strategy Project Manager to lead the delivery of high-profile projects that will shape the future of the adult social care workforce. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in implementing the national workforce strategy and delivering real impact across the sector. We re seeking someone who can blend strategic thinking with hands-on project delivery. You ll take complex priorities and turn them into clear, actionable plans scoping work, managing delivery, and driving progress from start to finish. You ll bring rigour, pace and structure to strategic initiatives, ensuring they stay focused, aligned, and outcome-driven.
