Reporting to the Head of Strategy and Assets, you will play a key role in delivering a priority programme within our Estates Strategy. Working closely with senior stakeholders and partner organisations, you will help shape the future of the Force''s estate by translating strategic objectives into practical, deliverable solutions. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong public sector estates background who enjoys influencing strategic decision-making and leading the early stages of estate development projects. About the Role As the Senior Strategy and Assets Lead, you will be responsible for supporting and delivering strategic programmes and projects that inform the future direction of the estate. You will undertake option appraisals, feasibility studies and business case development, ensuring strategic priorities are translated into clear recommendations and actionable plans. You will engage with a wide range of stakeholders, facilitate workshops and meetings, and provide expert advice to support informed decision-making.
