Senior Stock and Warehouse Coordinator

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Stock and Warehouse Coordinator to join our client''s operations team based in Harlow. Our client is a well-established, world-leading manufacturer and supplier with a strong global presence and a long-standing reputation for quality and innovation. They are seeking a proactive, hands-on individual who can work on their own initiative, take ownership of stock management and warehouse logistics, and maintain high operational standards. Working within a small team, you will play a key role in ensuring warehouse operations run smoothly and efficiently at all times. This is a full-time, permanent position working 8:00am - 5:00pm, Monday-Friday and offers an attractive salary of £28,000-£30,000 DOE. Candidates must have strong warehousing and stock management experience and be able to work on their own initiative. Key Responsibilities: Managing stock control processes including counting, inspection, labelling, and accurate storageOverseeing warehouse logistics to ensure efficient flow of goods in and out of the facilityTaking ownership of rejected stock, including fault identification, documentation, and processingOrganising and optimising warehouse layout and storage systems for maximum efficiencyConducting racking and site inspections to maintain safe storage practicesRestacking and organising pallets to ensure effective use of racking systemsMonitoring inventory levels, investigating discrepancies, and responding to stock ..... full job details .....
