The RoleAs a Senior Nurse within our Pre-Operative Assessment pathway, you will take the lead in delivering safe, effective, and patient-centred assessments.You will:Undertake comprehensive pre-operative assessments, identifying and managing clinical risks prior to surgeryWork closely with consultants, anaesthetists, and MDT colleagues to ensure patients are optimised for theatreSupport the development of pre-assessment processes and pathways to improve outcomes and efficiencyProvide leadership and clinical expertise within a fast-paced Outpatient environmentEnsure the highest standards of patient safety, dignity, and experienceThis is a busy and rewarding role that requires strong clinical judgement, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
