You''ll undertake comprehensive pre-operative assessments, use your clinical judgement to identify potential risks or concerns and work closely with the wider multidisciplinary team to ensure patients are appropriately prepared for surgery.You''ll also be an important source of support for colleagues, sharing your knowledge and experience, providing guidance to more junior members of the team and helping to maintain consistently high clinical standards.
