The role involves delivering high-quality, person-centred assessment and intervention for residents with communication and swallowing difficulties. You will take full personal, professional, and legal responsibility for your own specialist caseload, working independently while providing guidance to junior staff and collaborating closely with the multidisciplinary team (MDT). Key Responsibilities Conduct detailed communication and swallowing assessments using formal and informal tools.
