Senior Specialist Clinical Oncology Pharmacist to join the Pharmacy Team at Private Care at Guys, part of London Bridge Hospital, currently rated "Outstanding" by the CQC.London Bridge Hospital is a leading private healthcare hospital specialising in complex and acute care with units across orthopaedic, spinal, digestive diseases, liver, hepatobiliary, renal, cardiothoracic, critical care, cancer and transplant services.Responsibilities

The successful post holder will participate in the delivery, management and development of a high quality, proactive, cost effective, safe and responsive patient-centric systemic anti-cancer (SACT) pharmacy service at London Bridge Hospital: Private Care at Guys. You will work closely with (and may deputise for) the Lead Pharmacist for Oncology and Haematology and other members of the multi-disciplinary teams to ensure patients can safely access the latest treatments in oncology and haematology.Qualifications

EssentialMPharm or equivalent (essential)Registered with General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC)DesirablePost graduate diploma/masters in clinical pharmacy or equivalentIndependent PrescriberExperience

EssentialExperience in delivering a clinical pharmacy service to wards (post-registration)Previous experience of working in OncologyPractical experience in an Aseptic Production Unit and GMPDesirableMosaiq, BD Cato, Meditech knowledgeAdditional information
