Your RoleExecute and oversee modern British dishes (60-cover brasserie + events)Lead 810-strong kitchen; manage ordering, budgets, stockDrive quality and high standardsCover Head Chef duties -10 hrs/week

What You Bring3+ years as Sous/Senior Sous in fast-paced, multi faceted venuesPassion for seasonality and fresh produce; event catering experienceFinancial management and team leadership skillsUnderstanding of modern kitchen management systems and technology
