• Support the Head Chef in running a busy, buzzing kitchen ��
• Help develop and deliver a seasonal, innovative menu that delights guests ��
• Lead, mentor, and inspire kitchen staff to achieve excellence ��?��
• Maintain top-notch standards in food quality, hygiene, and presentation
• Assist with stock management, ordering, and cost control
