Lead, motivate, and develop the kitchen brigade. Ensure exceptional food quality and consistency across every service. Manage kitchen operations in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. Maintain excellent food safety, hygiene, and health and safety standards. Assist with stock control, ordering, and minimising waste. Train and mentor junior chefs to support their development.
