Operating as a permanent position with a competitive salary, the position involves leading a united kitchen team to produce high-level pub dishes using refined culinary techniques. The establishment offers a beautiful à la carte menu, innovative bar snacks, and a famous Sunday roast. Working 5 days out of 7, the kitchen operates with last orders at 9.30pm, ensuring finishes no later than 10.30pm. Senior Sous Chef benefits:

A salary of andpound;55,000 total package
Incredible food and produce andndash; modern British using modern techniques.
9:30pm are last orders andndash; so no later finish than 10:30pm.
Working 5 pays per week, 7 shifts.
7-day operation with around andndash; 20/30 for lunch, 40/70 for dinner.
Main kitchen team: 8+.
