This role is for a Senior Sous Chef to join a highly regarded gastro pub in Chelsea, London. Operating as a permanent position with a competitive salary, the position involves leading a united kitchen team to produce high-level pub dishes using refined culinary techniques. The establishment offers a beautiful à la carte menu, innovative bar snacks, and a famous Sunday roast. Working 5 days out of 7, the kitchen operates with last orders at 9.30pm, ensuring finishes no later than 10.30pm. The successful candidate will work with modern British produce and can expect ample personal growth opportunities within this neighbourhood-focused venue. This establishment is more than just a gastro pub, it is a huge part of the local neighbourhood offering a beautiful a la carte menu, innovative bar snacks and a famous Sunday roast! You can expect to be part of a united team here with ample personal growth opportunities creating high level pub dishes using great culinary techniques.

Senior Sous Chef benefits:


  • A salary of andpound;55,000 total package
  • Incredible food and produce andndash; modern British using modern techniques.
  • 9:30pm are last orders andndash; so no later finish than 10:30pm.
  • Working 5 pays per week, 7 shifts.
  • 7-day operation with around andndash; 20/30 for lunch, 40/70 for dinner.
  • Main kitchen team: 8+.
