What Were Looking For:

Proven experience as a Sous Chef or Senior Chef de Partie in a high-end, fine dining or Michelin-recommended kitchen.

Creative, hands-on leadership with the ability to train and inspire junior chefs.

Strong organisational skills and calmness under pressure.
